Gordon Hayes is the founder and Managing Director of Netier. He has over 20 years experience managing and consulting in technology and cyber security to grow businesses. When he isn’t working he spends every moment with his kids, running and riding or at the gym.
Matt Conaghan is the General Manager of Netier. Matt has over 20 years experience managing and consulting across Australia, Canada and Europe. He has also built managed services businesses in both Japan and Singapore. When he isn’t working he can be found in the gym, on his mountain bike, or reading with a cat or two on his lap.
A commercial sales & technology strategist with 20 years’ experience, Tony leads our QLD team and oversees Netier’s sales, marketing, and account management function nationally. Over the last decade, Tony has worked with several QLD & NSW based businesses to develop and execute long term, transformational ICT strategies and is a strong proponent for mission-centric IT. In his spare time, Tony enjoys watching NRL and spending time with his family.
Jess Scanes is the HR and Marketing Manager at Netier and looks after all the administrative teams.With over 10 years experience in a variety of industries spanning marketing, HR and recruitment, her passion lies in supporting and empowering people to fulfill their purpose in life. When she isn’t at work she is running around after her two young children, getting outdoors and embracing her other passion in life – music and theatre!
Alex Ramos, the Service Manager at Netier, boasts over 10 years of experience in the IT sector. His unique service delivery approach stems from leveraging his earlier technical career background to passionately provide the best customer experience to clients. Alex also enjoys an active lifestyle, video games, long walks to the fridge, and spending time with animals.
Justin Little is the Technical Services Manager at Netier, where he oversees the Technology Services Team, ensuring seamless technical support and project execution for clients. With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, Justin’s leadership philosophy focuses on empowering teams and implementing best practices for optimal system performance and security. When Justin isn’t at work, he is a family man, father of 3 who share his passion for sports and coaching youth Rugby in his spare time.
A finance-business-operations allrounder. Numbers is the game, keeping Netier on track financially is the aim. Michael brings a breadth of experience spanning 20 years within both large and small organisations. Prior to his time at Netier, Michael led sales optimisation & business support at Autotrader.ca based in Toronto. Outside of work you will find him focusing on his young family and tinkering with bikes in the workshop.
